According to Pakistan’s Health Minister Abdul Qadir Patel, China stepped up to help Pakistan in time to combat recent calamities brought on by disastrous floods in the South Asian nation.
Patel made the comments in this location during a meeting with a 13-member Chinese medical delegation that was in town. The delegation included specialists in clinical medicine, public health, and pandemic prevention from China’s Autonomous Region.
“I am grateful to the Chinese government because they supported us not just with statements and words, but they are actually assisting us literally,” He stated.
In praising the team’s efforts, he noted that the specialists had traveled to the most severely afflicted areas of Pakistan, particularly the interior regions of the southern Sindh province, and had offered invaluable assistance that the Pakistani people would never forget.
