The United Kingdom has officially committed to deploying a contingent of 20,000 military personnel including warships and fighter jets across Europe in a substantial NATO exercise scheduled for the first half of 2024.
The deployment encompasses a contingent of 16,000 personnel from the British Army, stationed in Eastern Europe from the month of February to June. Further, the personnel deployment is accompanied by an aircraft carrier strike group, F35B Lightning attack jets, and surveillance planes.
