Global Community Condemns Al-Aqsa Mosque Escalations By Israel to target Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.

A Provocative Act Against Holy Sites
The storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque by extremist Israeli Minister Ben Gvir, accompanied by the protection of occupation forces, has sparked outrage among Palestinians and Muslims worldwide. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned this act, labeling it an unprecedented provocation. Ben Gvir’s statements about performing Talmudic rituals within the mosque further inflamed tensions. Expanding Incursions and Judaization Efforts
This event occurs amidst growing calls to expand such incursions, raising alarm over the increasing Judaization measures in Jerusalem, including similar activities at the Ibrahimi Mosque. The ministry warned that these actions pose significant threats to the religious and cultural heritage of the city. Call for International Responsibility
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs urged the global community to condemn these incursions and take decisive steps to protect Jerusalem’s holy sites. It emphasized the critical need for international intervention to prevent further provocations and safeguard the rights of Palestinians and Muslims to access and worship at these sacred locations without intimidation or restrictions.

Escalating Occupation Plans in Jerusalem
The ongoing measures targeting Jerusalem reflect broader occupation strategies, from systematic violations of religious freedoms to attempts at undermining the city’s diverse religious fabric. These plans threaten to ignite broader conflicts in the region, necessitating a unified international stance to uphold justice and prevent further destabilization.

Protecting Holy Sites: A Global Imperative
The ministry reiterated its commitment to defending Jerusalem’s Islamic and Christian heritage while calling for collective action against efforts to Judaize Al-Aqsa. As tensions rise, this issue transcends regional boundaries, underscoring the global responsibility to protect religious and cultural sites from political exploitation and to uphold the principles of coexistence and mutual respect.
