Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that democracy is the foundation of an emancipated society and emphasised the need for developing-country democracies to work together to address similar difficulties.
The foreign minister urged reform of global financial institutions while speaking at the 15th Bali Democracy Forum in Bali, an Indonesian vacation destination.
He stated that Pakistanis have always fought for a democracy that is centred on the needs of the people. In his speech, Bilawal also emphasised the necessity for democracies all over the world to reinvent themselves to better respond to the needs of their people and to work together to create solutions that are centred on the needs of the people.
