An event honoring Shusha’s culinary heritage took place at the Azerbaijani Embassy in Islamabad. Here, regional specialties from Azerbaijan, including Karabakh cuisine, were displayed.
The event was attended by Pakistanis as well as diplomats and their spouses along with foreign ambassadors in Pakistan.
Through its cuisine, the event served as a platform to introduce Azerbaijani culture. Visitors to the event ate traditional Azerbaijani fare such as baklava, bison, tofu, lobster, pilaf, and other foods.
