Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Kazakh colleague Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a declaration of cooperation as the two nations this year celebrate thirty years of diplomatic relations. There are 37 articles in the Declaration on the 30th Anniversary of Diplomatic Relations between Russia and Kazakhstan, all of which call for further bilateral cooperation in the areas of politics, economy, defence, culture, education, health care, youth, and sports.
