The Ninth Summit of the Organization of Turkic States was held in Samarkand, which was designated the Capital of Turkic Civilization on November 11, 2022.
It was hosted by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the President of the Republic of Turkey, the Prime Minister of Hungary, the Chairman of the Hawk Maslakhaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, and the Secretary General.
The Leaders emphasized the strong commitment of Member and Observer States to Turkic integration and the Turkic World Vision during the Summit. The leaders were devoted to the subject of “New Era for Turkic Civilizations Towards Common Development and Prosperity.”
